RD Dashboard — Metric Grid v3

All data lives in const SECTIONS at the bottom of the file.
Single-value tile: { name, value, delta, status, tooltip }
Multi-value tile (2 or 3 numbers): { name, values: [...], subLabels: [...], delta, status, tooltip } — used for combined accts/contacts tiles and the Top 50 Net Δ triple.
status = 'green' · 'yellow' · 'red'. Section status pill is auto-computed (worst tile wins).
Numbers are placeholders meant to look plausible until real values are wired up.

Multi-value status color — currently the tile takes one status; the whole tile flashes. Should multi-value tiles be able to flash per number (e.g., the Top 50 Δ where Opp is green but Admit is red)? Adds complexity but more honest.
"# Accts Grown" appears in both Team and Nurture — same metric, different framing (team scoreboard vs. nurture outcome). Confirm intentional, or drop one.
Pipeline Activity Ratio — confirm the definition. Currently rendered as HQ-activity-tied-to-opp : HQ-activity-not-tied-to-opp. "Right" direction is context-dependent on funnel inventory; might need a dynamic target.
Avg Throughput — define endpoint. Opp → BPS? Opp → Admit? Currently rendering as "Opp → Admit" days.
Top 50 Concentration % — is the bar 70%? Above = strategy working. Below = book diluting (could be good if growing long tail, bad if losing Top 50). Needs target context.
Activations / Reactivations — should the Activate section split these into separate tiles (true new vs. returning dormant) or keep combined as today?
